Report

Extrusion 

After understanding client requirements and choosing materials, blowing process is the next step.

Extruding process is the most important step. Our extruding team have to ensure the sizes, thickness and weight are following the requirements.  

After strict quality control by our QC team, extruding process will be done. Next step is Cutting & Sealing.

Cutting & Sealing

After extruding step, our semi-finished product will be sent to Cutting and Sealing department. 

In this department, the dimension of the product has to be accurate, includes width, length, and thickness.

Our QC team will test the sealing to ensure it's strong and smooth in this process.

Quality Checking Control

To ensure delivery the highest Quality products, We commitment to strict with our operating procedure. 

Our QC team always plays an important role in monitoring and quality check to ensure our products achieve client requirements.

To guarantee 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. Therefore, our team will always be here continuously improve our quality management system and service.  

Packing Team

Packing Department is our last step of production line. 

In this step, our team will collect finished products into our fine cartons, and move those cartons to our warehouse and get ready to load into containers.

Loading Containers

Loading our products into containers is strictly controlled by our loading people.

Our loading people will check the order list to ensure they load the right products and quantity.

In order to get 100% customer satisfaction, we must clean our container before we load our product.
